Quest Composite Group Officially Re-joins the "2026 TALENT, in Taiwan" Sustainability Action Alliance

Talent sustainability has always been a core objective at Quest Composite. To address the new challenges posed by the AI era and rapid global changes, and to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, we are officially announcing our (continued) participation in the "2026 TALENT, in Taiwan" Sustainability Action Alliance.

We will deepen our "Amoeba Management" model, fostering direct cross-departmental communication with senior leadership. This will increase organizational agility, shortening major decision-making cycles by 12% and maintaining a 90% retention rate for mid-to-senior level talent.


Diversity & Inclusion | A Truly Global Workplace

We are committed to gender and ethnic equality. Our goal is to increase the ratio of female managers to 41.32% and implement "equal pay for equal work" alongside Vietnamese language operational support, creating a truly inclusive cross-border environment.


Reward & Motivation | Performance-Driven Growth

By establishing a quantitative KPI reward system and non-monetary incentives, we strengthen the link between contribution and reward, successfully reducing the turnover rate of key positions by 10%.


Health & Wellbeing | Three-Dimensional Care

We promote a "Physical, Mental, and Family" care initiative, achieving a 97% health check participation rate. Through activities like "Bring Greenery Home" and Family Days, we extend wellness from the workplace to our employees' homes.


Development & Growth | AI-Powered Learning

We are enhancing the "Quest University" training system by integrating AI learning tools and a coaching culture. This will shorten the onboarding time for new hires by 10% as we proactively embrace 2026 digital transformation trends.


Communication & Experience | Direct Digital Channels

By constructing multi-level digital communication channels, we ensure that employee feedback reaches decision-makers directly. This initiative has optimized our annual turnover rate to a remarkable 5%, performing significantly better than the industry average.
