When was the last time you paid attention to your blood pressure?

In our recent blood pressure check activity, the occupational health nurse assisted colleagues with measurements and provided health education consultations in the staff cafeteria. The atmosphere was light and interactive, and for many colleagues, it was the first time they truly paid attention to the health numbers they had long overlooked.
